The purchase of products in the electronic store of Daughters of Madness is subject to the following terms and conditions:

These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Ruas & Schomer Lda, tax identification number PT515579050 and contact +351 961 840 266, hereinafter referred to as "DAUGHTERS OF MADNESS" and individuals wishing to make purchases through the website www.dom.wine hereinafter referred to as "User".

The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.dom.wine will be governed exclusively by this agreement to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.

These general conditions of sale are intended to make available and define all the information necessary to the User on the terms of ordering, payment and delivery of purchases made on the website www.dom.wine.

These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to carry out the order and guarantee the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Products

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, the description, image and any other information of a product presented in the electronic shop of DOM.WINE, can be changed without previous warning. The images that illustrate each product may differ from the product delivered. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.


Order

1. The User completes their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.dom.wine, adding the product (s) or service (s) that you want to add to the shopping basket;

2. Complete the information and choose the options available to you during the order completion process (delivery address and billing, shipping method, form of payment, as well as the NIF and the name that the invoice will be issued in for tax purposes).

3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as of these General Conditions of Sale.

4. DOM.WINE will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks.

5. The data on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.

6. After receiving an order confirmation email with your order summary, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, as soon as your order is shipped. You can then track your package using the tracking service of the shipping company listed on your shipping confirmation email.

Purchase And Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the DOM.WINE. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Euros.

 

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through DOM.WINE. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Delivery

1. Delivery of orders can take up between 3 to 10 DAYS after the payment goes through. The delivery is performed by DOM.WINE through the following companies: CTT EXPRESSO or IBEROMAIL.

2. The shipping costs indicated are the ones available for your ZONE.

3. If DOM.WINE cannot provide a client's order in whole or in part for immediate dispatch, the customer will be immediately contacted in order to decide the most appropriate procedure to solve the situation.

4. At the cost of each product ordered in the electronic shop of DOM.WINE, the cost of transport to the delivery address indicated by the customer is added. In general, an order takes up to 48 hours to be delivered to mainland Portugal, 5 working days in Europe and 10 to 15 days worldwide. For more detailed information, see DELIVERY COSTS. All amounts ​​will always be displayed before finalizing your order.

Return Policy

Please review our Return Policy prior to making any purchases. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy or contact us at +351 917 009 636 or via e-mail at info@dom.wine between 9 am and 6 pm Western European Standard Time (GMT), Monday through Friday.

1. All products sent by DOM.WINE must be inspected by the customer immediately upon receipt. If any imperfection or damage is detected in the product, the customer must return it and do so within 15 days of receipt according to Decree-Law no. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 05/20. The product must be returned in the original packaging. 

2. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case by case basis, by DAUGHTERS OF MADNESS. The request must arrive in writing to the contact email info@dom.wine, within 15 days after ordering, and the instructions for cancellation or return of the merchandise will be answered and defined by DAUGHTERS OF MADNESS, by the same means of communication.

3. DAUGHTERS OF MADNESS is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages - being the responsibility of the customer to seize the respective order. In case of the return of the products DOM.WINE will only refund the amount of the merchandise. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.

4. When an order is returned, arranging the shipping and the freight cost is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Once the product has been returned and received, and we have verified that it has not been damaged and is still in a condition of sale, we will process an immediate reversal of any charges through the same payment method.

6. In case of cancellation of the order before the product has been shipped, the customer will be immediately refunded of any amount debited from his account. If the cancellation occurs after the wines have been shipped, we will only refund the value of the purchased product. Expenses related to freight will not be refunded. The return of the merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer, as explained above.

7. DAUGHTERS OF MADNESS undertake to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 30 days.

Prices

1. The prices are in Euros, with taxes included, taking into account the Portuguese VAT.

2. All prices listed in the DOM.WINE e-commerce can be changed without any prior notification and are always subject to stockbreeding.

3. Under current Portuguese legislation, DOM.WINE is obliged to add the value of VAT at the statutory rates of 6%, 13% and 23% for all products. The prices shown in the virtual presence always include VAT.

Discounts And Promotions

1. Discount vouchers, when available, are available to our customers through various means (Newsletter, email, Facebbok ...)

2. Vouchers are not cumulative and discounts offered may not cover all products in our store.

3. All discount products and gift packs are excluded from discount vouchers.

4. The misuse of vouchers may lead to the cancellation or adjustment of the order.
